Grace Liu
Grace Liu is a Creative Director based in New York City. For the last 13 years, she has worked at Calvin Klein, David Yurman, and Laura Mercier — directing image and motion for brands where the standards for both visual and narrative execution are uncompromising.
Since turning her practice toward AI, her work has accumulated over 6.5M organic views on Instagram — combining luxury creative direction with cinematic storytelling.
She created Human Directed™ because the gap she kept seeing with AI creative couldn’t be solved through tool onboarding alone. Creatives already have the eye. What was missing was a framework for directing AI with the same intentionality as photography and filmmaking.
Grace's approach fills the gap that's currently missing in the AI creative education market — a method to control AI through translating creative and directorial taste.
